2. WorkDrive Zia AI File Suggestions

WorkDrive has introduced intelligent, AI-powered file suggestions that go well beyond simple "recent items" lists. These suggestions actively learn from your behaviour and continuously update based on your activity and your team's usage patterns.

Files appear in the File Suggestions tab based on five distinct categories:

You recently accessed: Files you opened lately, based on your most recent activity
You frequently accessed: Files you often opened in the recent past
You regularly accessed: Files you access on a periodically repeating pattern (such as weekly or monthly)
Your Team frequently accessed: Files your Team members often open, indicating shared, high-usage files
Your Team recently accessed: Files your Team members opened lately, reflecting their recent activity

This intelligent categorisation helps you quickly locate the documents you need, whilst also providing visibility into what your team is working on.

3. WorkDrive Zia AI Document Summaries

WorkDrive now features Zia AI document summaries, allowing you to generate concise summaries of your files with a single click. This saves valuable time by providing quick overviews of important document details without requiring you to read through entire files.

But the real game-changer is the ability to use documents as a source for asking Zia AI specific questions about their content. Instead of manually searching through documents or using control-F to hunt for specific information, you can simply ask Zia directly and receive targeted answers.

This feature currently supports multiple file formats, with more likely to be added in future updates, making it a powerful tool for document research and information retrieval.

4. Creator Early Access Features

Zoho has opened up self-service Early Access features for Creator users, marking a significant change in how beta features are accessed. Previously, testing beta features required special invites or submitting requests and waiting for approval.

Now, you can enable Early Access features yourself by heading to the Operations Tab (Creator Version 6). The first feature available through this programme is the new Creator Themes, which you can immediately apply to your existing applications to give them a fresh look.

If you encounter any issues whilst testing these beta features, you can disable them from the same Operations Tab where you enabled them, making experimentation risk-free and giving you full control over which features you want to test.
