Square Labs is an Australian Zoho consultancy. We help businesses implement, customise and integrate Zoho’s business applications so they actually fit how your team works, rather than the other way around. As a Zoho Partner, we handle discovery, custom configuration, integrations with your other software, and ongoing support, all from one local team.

We’re based in Adelaide, South Australia, but we partner with businesses across Australia and internationally. Most of our work happens remotely regardless of where you are.

We typically scope projects (e.g. implementations and integrations) with a fixed quote based on a discovery process, and offer flexible hourly support arrangements for clients who need continued help after go-live. 


If you are just looking for some consulting support, we offer support arrangements on an hourly, pre-paid hours and retainer basis.  We’re happy to talk through what would work best for your situation.

Zoho One is a bundle of over 45 Zoho applications, covering everything from CRM and finance to HR and project management, all in one subscription. You don’t need Zoho One to work with us; plenty of clients run with one or two individual apps (like CRM or Books) and that’s a perfectly valid starting point. Zoho One tends to make sense once you’re using, or planning to use, several apps across the business, since it’s usually more cost-effective than buying them separately. We can help you work out which approach suits you during a free consultation.

Yes, this is one of the most common projects we take on. Whether it’s a CRM that’s grown messy over time, automations that no longer match your process, or a setup that was never quite finished, we can audit what’s there, identify what’s worth keeping, and rebuild or refine the rest.

We have no minimum project size.

Timelines depend on complexity and the number of apps. As a guide, a single-app setup might take a couple of weeks, while a multi-app implementation with integrations can take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline as part of the scoping process.

Yes, data migration is part of our implementation work. We help map your existing data (whether it’s in another CRM, a finance system, or spreadsheets) into your new Zoho setup, so you’re not starting from scratch and nothing important gets lost in the move.

Yes. Our local in-house development team connects Zoho applications with the other software you rely on; including Xero, MYOB, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and custom integrations like third-party apps. The goal is to remove manual double-handling of data between systems.

Yes. We can rebuild and migrate your existing website onto Zoho Sites, and support you through transferring your domain’s DNS records so your site and email keep working smoothly through the switch.
